Account deletion

You can delete your account from the app: More → Edit profile → Delete account. Deletion signs you out on every device and removes your personal details (name, mobile number, email address and job title).

Documents that belong to your company, such as quotations, orders, invoices and maintenance records, are kept because the company and LabX Tech need them for accounting and legal purposes.

If you cannot open the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account, or ask your company's primary user, and we will delete it within 30 days.
