Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the LabX Tech app. By using the app you accept them.
Accounts
The catalog is open to everyone. Customer accounts are created by LabX Tech for its business customers; your company's primary user can add colleagues. Keep your device and sign-in code to yourself; actions taken from your account count as yours.
Quotation requests
A quotation request is not an order. Prices, delivery times and terms are set only in the quotation LabX Tech sends you, and an order is confirmed only when your company accepts that quotation.
Catalog content
Product descriptions, specifications and images are for information. We keep them accurate and may change them without notice; the specifications in your quotation or contract prevail.
Maintenance and warranty
Maintenance tickets and visits follow the warranty or maintenance contract of each device. Response times are those set in your contract.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, upload harmful or unlawful content, or try to access data that is not yours.
Liability
The app is provided to help you work with LabX Tech. To the extent the law allows, LabX Tech is not liable for indirect losses from using the app; your quotations, orders and contracts govern our commercial obligations.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the app shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
